F45 is amazing and this particular F45 is special as every single trainer is amazing and most of all kind. And a fantastic space. I’ve been to other HIIT class gyms, other F45’s and also was a Destination Equinox member for years- and this blows all out of the water.

Let’s just say if I had to choose between running a couple miles or taking her class it would be this class hands down! Not only was the music a nice addition but the atmosphere was amazing. She was able to teach while performing so that a ballet novice, like myself, would be able to do the simple moves and do them properly. Even if you are a guy I highly recommend going. I did and I’m going Leia Mais back for more classes. I’ve brought a couple out and they both loved Aqui it as well! This is definitely worth checking out!
I love the whole menu. I’ve recently been taking the yoga classes and they are very well taught. The instructor Ashley talks you through the posses and lends a little extra attention beginners and includes variations for the more advanced participants. There are a lot of classes to choose from including boot camps and cross fit in addition to the typical spinning and zumba. This gym also has a good deal of equipment that other gyms don’t.
